Cozy Condo Near Downtown Kalispell & Glacier NP

Floors were filthy. Food was left under the drawer of the stove. Pots & pans are burnt or scratched up. Condo smells musty. The couch & chairs have stains all over. The bedding in one of the bedrooms had stains. The baseboards have mold on them. Not enough wash cloths and hand towels. No kitchen wash cloths and hand towels. Our flight was delayed so we asked for a noon check out instead of 10:00 am and they said no even though the condo was available for the night we checked out. They did refund us the cleaning fee which we were thankful for. The communication was prompt for the most part but some questions we asked were not answered.

There was old food behind the trash can but other than that it was clean and tidy.

The condo was the perfect size for my friend and I. The host was super easy to communicate with and the process was simple and straightforward. We also appreciated that the location had great trails, access to parks, and was located close to downtown!

Host was great about keeping in contact and even offered to help with trip planning. The condo was great for our day trips to Glacier National Park too. Plus we were basically walking distance from downtown Kalispell.

Everything was excellent, communication was very good and they provided alot of information and helpful hints about the area. Had a question and they responded immediately.
